Orahhair is a premium, stylist‑only hair extension brand founded by Alexandra Siles, owner of Alexandra Siles Hair Salon in Miami. We craft premium hair extensions tailored exclusively for professional stylists, specializing in K‑Tips, Micro Wefts, and textured extensions. You will be working closely with Alexandra and the Orahhair team to bring the brand’s vision to life across social platforms. Who You Are You turn strategy into execution. You move fast, think creatively, and manage the grid without hand‑holding. You are the "Director" of the channel, you take ownership of the schedule, the files, and the output. You are a hybrid creative: organized enough to manage a content calendar weeks in advance, but creative enough to grab an iPhone, shoot a trending concept, edit it, and post it within the hour. Responsibilities Own the Calendar: Manage the day‑to‑day schedule for Instagram, TikTok, and Email. You ensure we never miss a holiday, a promo, or a posting day. Create & Edit: Concept, shoot, and edit social‑first content (Reels, TikToks) on‑site. You will also take high‑level footage from our creative team and re‑edit/remix it into engaging social clips. Showcase Quality: Use video to highlight the superior texture and blend of our K‑Tips and Wefts. Manage the Library: Organize and maintain our digital assets so we always have content ready to go. Write & Engage: Write captions that speak the "stylist language" and manage community engagement (DMs, comments). Stay Ahead: Monitor trends and audio on TikTok/Reels and adapt them quickly to the hair extension niche. Qualifications Must be based in Miami – Able to work out of our Miami Shores salon and Orahhair office at least 2‑3 days a week. 3 to 5 years of social media experience for consumer brands. Strong short‑form video creation and editing skills. Ability to edit independently from start to finish. Strong writing and captioning skills. Highly organized with strong follow‑through. Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Haircare or beauty experience preferred.
