Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This role will involve content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to enhance our online presence and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with The Organized Moves brand identity and business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (images, videos, stories, posts) for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance our online presence.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Videography skills, including the ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos that capture our team in action and showcase our services.
  • Graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Work Environment:

This is a remote position with flexibility in working hours. However, occasional in-person meetings may be required.


Opportunity for Growth:

Initially, this position is part-time, but we are enthusiastic about transitioning it to a full-time role as our company grows.
