Position: Media Buyer - Social Media Marketing Specialist. Location: Darien, CT
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Social Media Ads department as a Media Buyer - Social Media Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible planning, negotiating, and purchasing ad space on social platforms to effectively reach target audiences and meet campaign objectives, developing, executing, analyzing and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X, TikTok, NextDoor and others, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for a growing portfolio of clients assigned to you.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for Noble House Media and assigned client accounts
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences and create effective targeting strategies for each client
- Develop creative and engaging ad content and visuals that align with each client's brand and messaging
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure paid social media campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts for each client
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs for each client
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social media advertising
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful paid social media campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, ad formats, and targeting capabilities
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
