In this role, you will build and implement both paid and organic social strategies, develop compelling content, and translate performance data into clear insights. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset to executional work — moving beyond task completion to understand why campaigns work and how to continuously improve them. Candidates must be in commuting distance to our Philadelphia-area office. Responsibilities: Manage paid and organic social media campaigns for clients, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals Build creative and compelling social media content to drive engagement and achieve client objectives Develop custom social media strategies tailored to each client's needs, audience, and business goals Drive and own campaign results — accountable for performance and able to communicate outcomes clearly to PR teams and clients Translate social media data and metrics into actionable, easy-to-understand insights for clients and internal teams Contribute to client calls and meetings with prepared, informed perspectives on campaign performance and strategy Articulate Gregory's social media offerings in client meetings, proposals, and sales calls Stay current on social media tools, trends, platforms, and AI developments — and bring relevant learnings back to the team Skills: Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Experience with paid social media advertising across major platforms Understanding of social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.) and how to integrate them across accounts Understanding of AI and how it can support work Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into strategic recommendations Creative capacity to develop content ideas across formats and audiences Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency environment Collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree in communications, digital media, public relations, creative arts, or related field 4+ years of professional social media experience Agency experience preferred Track record of building and executing social media campaigns with measurable results Compensation and Benefits Salary commensurate with experience.
