Role Description We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to handle our social media platforms, create engaging content, grow online presence, and improve audience engagement. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn trends, content creation, and basic marketing strategies. Responsibilities Create and schedule posts/reels Manage social media accounts Engage with followers and messages Track trends and analytics Help grow brand awareness Skills Creativity and communication Social media experience Basic editing/design skills Knowledge of Canva/CapCut is a plus Preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing business or creator social media accounts Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns Understanding of branding and audience targeting Bachelors Degree Required Perks Collaborate closely with founders and program leads to align grant proposals with organizational strategy, funding priorities, and program impact goals.
