Join a team that's creating a better Tulsa!Social Services Coordinator$22.62 - $25.55/Hourly + Benefits$1,000 sign-on bonusSUMMARYProvide intake, case management, needs assessment, planning, coordination, and the delivery of services that support economic development and self-sufficiency activities for Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) residents. Identify barriers and offer programs which will enhance the quality of life and prepare residents to enter the work force, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty. Design, implement and facilitate programs (as assigned) related to self-sufficiency as well as basic needs, life skills, parenting, safety, mentoring, crime prevention and network with outside agencies to bring these topics to the residents. Design, implement and facilitate youth activities in the areas of education, social, and emotional development, cultural, and recreation activities.What We Offer11% contribution to your 401(k)14 paid holidays, including a holiday break between 12/25 - 01/0124 days of paid sick and vacation timeFree life insurance 1.5x your salary, plus additional buy-up plansHealth insurance, including free employee-only coverageDental, vision, short and long term disability insuranceHealthcare and Dependent FSAEmployee Assistance ProgramWho We AreTHA provides publicly assisted housing comprised of traditional public housing, mixed-finance sites, and housing vouchers.
