This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Social Services Inspector III - H22C

Hourly Pay: $23.25 per hour

This is a part time position with a maximum of 25 hours per week.

Travel is occasional. Must posses a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Basic purpose

Positions in this job family are assigned responsibility for conducting internal and external audits and field investigations and performing federally or state mandated quality control audits to evaluate the effectiveness of agency programs. Some positions will perform follow-up reviews and advocate for clients and program changes. Duties include investigating welfare fraud and employee violations of agency policy, regulations and applicable state and federal laws. Some positions in this job family will conduct investigations and inquiries to protect the rights of clients, act as client advocate and file grievances on behalf of clients.

Job Responsibilities

This position serves as a lead investigator for vulnerable adult investigations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Conduct safety based investigations of maltreatment of vulnerable adults receiving waivered services by paid caregivers.
  • Obtain all necessary information and documentation to substantiate/unsubstantiate the allegations and input into the OCA Client Case Management system (CCM).
  • Conduct necessary post investigation activities and documentation preservation
