From incident resolution to feature delivery, you'll work closely with clients, architects and service teams to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the link between our technology and our long-term customer relationships.What you'll doResolve complex technical issues (level 2 and 3 support)Troubleshoot across a wide variety of systems: backend, frontend, mobile and cloudDive into unfamiliar codebases and figure things out quicklySet up and improve monitoring and alerting systemsDocument fixes, systems, and processes in a clear and practical waySupport continuous improvement of our support model and toolingHelp clients make the right decisions through your technical insight and communicationWhat we’re looking for3+ years of experience as a developer or support engineerComfortable working across different tech stacks and frameworksProactive and adaptable when facing unfamiliar tools or codeConfident in debugging and supporting systems you didn’t buildEager to learn quickly and pick up new technical skillsExperience or interest in automated infrastructure (e.g. Terraform)A customer-first mindset and strong communication skillsExcited to help shape our growing managed services offeringNot ticking every box?
