Position Name: Software Architect- Expert

Location New York, NY (day 1 onsite)

Duration- 24 Months

• 84 months of experience configuring or managing ITSM software for an IT Service Desk.
• 60 months experience as a Service Now system administrator or implementation developer responsible for configuring the ITSM module including incident, Servce Request, Change and knowledge.
• 24 months experience as administer or implementation developer on a ServiceNow Domain Separated environment.
• 24 months implementation experience with serviceNow.
• 12 months experience with the ServiceNow SPM module.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified implementation Specialist
