JOB TITLE: Software Business Analyst - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Orlando, FL
PAY RATE: $45-52/hour

Summary:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners.

• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Communicate complex ideas clearly through strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Apply comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle.

• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage priorities and deliver quality solutions.

• Plan and execute Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Provide innovative software solutions that address current and future business needs.

• Work with stakeholders to document, manage, and refine system requirements.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools.

• Experience in software test automation and requirements/use case development.

• Strong skills in software product backlog management.

• Ability to create system diagrams and models.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles.

• U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.

• Excellent communication and end-user support experience.
