Interview : Video Visa : USC, GC, GC EAD, H4 This is onsite from day-1 ( need local candidates ) Description : focused on expanding and enhancing internal automation capabilities across Identity & Access Management (IAM) and NRD-related platforms. We are seeking Software Developers to build and maintain backend automation and internal tooling used by internal teams across the organization. This role focuses on backend development and automation. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and automation tools supporting IAM and NRD platforms Build integrations that extract, transform, and load data from tenant-based systems into internal tools Support automation related to roles, permissions, and provisioning workflows Contribute code within established CI/CD pipelines and development standards Work with containerized environments and deployment platforms Collaborate with engineers and developers to deliver required automation and tooling Create and maintain basic documentation to support ongoing development and operations Required Qualifications & Skills Strong hands-on development experience in Python and/or Java Experience developing backend services, automation scripts, or internal tools Working knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes or similar platforms Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or equivalent tooling) Ability to operate effectively within large, complex enterprise environments Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience transitioning from infrastructure-focused roles into development or automation Exposure to internal system integrations or platform services Experience working in regulated or highly controlled environments
