C++ Software Developer This position requires you to be local to the Chicagoland area as its a Hybrid position with time spent in office as well as remotely. This opportunity requires candidate to have financial services industry experience. Onsite in Chicago What You'll Do: Minimum 3-7 years of work experience. Must have financial industry experience. High frequency and low latency experience developing trading platforms for prop trading firm Be detail oriented. Solid C++ and Linux knowledge 3+ years experience with modern C++. Be organized and self-directed, able to manage your own workload and provide reasonable estimates for completion. Have great analytical and problem solving skills. Have great communication skills, able to convey design decisions in both technical and laymans terms. Be up to date with modern C++ standards, with knowledge of STL. Some exposure to Boost and SQL. Knowledge of multi-threaded application development concepts. Be detail oriented. Possess strong organizational skills Have ability to prioritize and complete projects on a timely basis.
