About the Opportunity: The Software Developer(.NET) will maintain, update, adjust code and inputs from business rule changes and manufacturer guidelines, and perform overall O&M support for the Application.

Position: Software Developer(.NET)

Work Location: On-Site (Ft. Liberty, NC)

Clearance: Must have verifiable minimum DoD Secret Clearance

Certifications: Must have verifiable Sec+ or other IAT LVL II Certification

Primary Responsibilities

• Attend meetings and planning for patches & updates to the operating systems which support continual service improvement for the Application
• Provide support and prioritize issues with the Team on a weekly basis
• Provide weekly report input covering Maintenance Requests (MR's) and Change Requests (CR's) progress, system outages and upcoming plans
• Compile requests for data only available through SQL database query
• Amend database records by forwarding a tested, prepared query to the G-6 Database Administrator and create custom SSRS reports for G-3 customers
• The Team also assists with the bridging process to synchronize NIPR and SIPR databases
• Technical work might include Application Maintenance and Upgrade with the latest version of Visual Studio 2017-2022, creating stored procedures using the latest version of SQL Server Database Management Studio 2017, designing SSRS 2017 reports, scripting client-side JavaScript code, Model View Controller (MVC) or other programming. The work has clearly defined objectives defined by the MR and CR documentation.
• Maintain documentation in the SharePoint repository, including network layouts, security layouts, server names, IP numbers and URLs
• Perform User Account administration within two working days of request
• Provide familiarization training to new users upon request and provide overall technical guidance and refresher trainings to users

Basic Qualifications

• Must have a minimum education of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4+ years experience working with:
  • Day-to-day operational execution and evaluation of a web-based, multi-user/multi-hierarchy application.
  • Compliance and Security requirements in a govt environment for enterprise applications
  • Application Programming in languages like JavaScript
• Knowledge of:
  • DISA operations, scheduling, troubleshooting;
  • US Army (Active, NG, and Reserve) trainings forcused on Readiness and Modernization
  • Security and incident resolution within a web-based application
  • Planning strategy and analysis for functionality updates, Service Packs, Releases and overall improvements to the system
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team environment
