Software Development Engineer Senior

Software Development Engineer Senior (CSG Systems Inc. d/b/a CSG, Englewood, CO) Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications or systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create efficient and reliable software solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards. Create and maintain web apps using Angular, Nodejs, C#, MVC, Dotnet Core, and CSS. Work with project owners to complete issues on time. Work with the deployment team to move code into production. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications. Analyze technical requirements involved in the implementation of new features or modification of existing features. Assess the functional and technical requirements and suggest feasible alternatives. Estimate the time required to complete the work. Submit the results of technical analysis to the Director of Web Development. Mentor and assist junior developers. Telecommuting is permitted 100%. Position reports to company HQ in Englewood, CO. Salary: $120,536 - $151,635.87 per year. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience in a related occupation Must also have some experience with the following skills: AWS, Lambda, and ASP.Net Core; Front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5, and third-party libraries including Angular, jQuery/Mobile, and LESS; C#, ASP.NET, and MVC; MS-SQL Tables, Views, and Stored Procedures; CSS, HTML, and Responsive CSS; Cloud Services including Amazon Web Services; Front-end debugging tools and procedures; Web Services including Restful, WCF, ASP.NET Web API, and SOAP; Mercurial and Git; UI/UX and basic prototype design; and Nginx servers with a background in Linux.
