Collaborate cross‑functionally to align technical roadmaps and deliver customer‑centric solutions. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends, driving adoption of new practices to enhance Lambda. Represent the team in technical discussions, advocating for priorities and solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team. Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of talented software engineers to achieve team goals.
