Summary:
-
Design, develop, test, and maintain non-embedded software across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.

Review and translate customer requirements into software designs.

Develop, document, and optimize architectures, algorithms, and interfaces for system integration. Debug and resolve issues to enhance reliability and performance.

Support users, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze feedback.

Implement emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks while ensuring alignment with software processes and organizational goals.

Execute R&D projects, manage software suppliers, and track performance to maintain compliance with project plans and standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and typically 3+ years of experience in software engineering, or Master's degree with 1 year of experience.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Must be able to work onsite in Cambridge, MA.
Preferred Qualifications:

Education or experience with modern HIL techniques and/or AI tools.

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance if sponsored.
