Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field computer science, engineering, business or related experience
  • Must be a Software Engineer Nice Telephony.
  • The Candidate should be proficient in call flow design,inContact Studio scripting and REST API integration
  • Must have a strong Experience or familiarity with Amazon Lex, Dialogflow ES or any third party bot is preferred
  • You should be Providing solution design and development for new client implementations, and coordination of changes to existing applications.
  • Must Determining third party or client system (client CRM, databases, service platforms) integration requirements and working closely with customers to configure integrations to the platform.
  • Good Experience in Creating ACD and IVR routing rules, menus, users, agent skills, supervisors, hours of operations, teams, queue and other messaging, call recording services, email, chat, and other components of a customer call center platform build.
  • You should have a Digital first and Embedded agent experience in build and customization.
  • Provide web-based agent and administration training.
  • Trouble-shooting problems during the configuration or go-live stages of client implementations.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of software components.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects.
  • Develop technical documentation for end-users and support teams.
