Job Summary PENTAX Medical is an established medical device leader that is preparing for high growth. The Software Engineer Intern will aid in the design implementations, maintenance and improvement of medical device software systems for endoscopic imaging. Responsibilities Collaborate with a team or independently to design, develop and test software including applications, services and Windows components Diagnose, debug and correct software discrepancies or issues Cross department collaboration with design team to deliver commitments within a given deadline Software verification and validation processes Maintain engineering specifications and other technical documentation Adherence to quality management systems and working within a regulated environment Provide areas of improvement on the development systems and associated lifecycle processes Other tasks as assigned Qualifications BS in Computer Science or equivalent Programming and algorithm skills Strong verbal and written communications skills – must be able to develop presentations and present ideas Company PENTAX Medical is a division of HOYA Group delivering endo-imaging solutions.
