Software Engineer (Java, React, Azure & AI)

Software Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC/ Des Moines, IA/ Irving, TX/ Minneapolis, MN and Chandler, AZ (Day 1 Onsite) This position requires a hybrid work schedule (min 3 days in office) - Local candidates only In this role, the candidate will: Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs (60-70% UI, remainder API/backend work) Collaborate and consult with key technical experts and technology team members to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Java experience 5+ years of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend architecture 5+ years of Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems 5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership experience (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook) 5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos 5+ years of API - driven development experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON 5+ years of experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps concepts 2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, Agentic automation solutions design, and development (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI) 2+ years of employing web application security principles including authentication, authorization, secure session management, encryption, and protections against common vulnerabilities Desired Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Azure, OpenShift or other PaaS and cloud technologies 4+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software, Draw.
