Position: Software Engineer (React Native)

Location: Bentonville, AR (Ideal candidate already in Bentonville, but open to candidates that can relocate upon offer)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Design scalable front-end architecture and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
• Integrate analytics, crashlytics, and profiling tools.
• Implement CI/CD processes and ensure code quality through reviews and testing.
• Maintain and enhance application performance and security.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile and web application development.
• Strong expertise in React, React Native, and Redux.
• Experience with mobile devices (ideally IOS)
• Knowledge of GraphQL, REST APIs, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Backend experience with Java or Node.js.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA).
