Sigma Defense is seeking Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Computer Engineering students for Summer internship roles at our Fairmont, WV office in support of Electronic Warfare (EW) training systems.

Requirements

Candidate Differentiators:

• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Working knowledge of C++ and Python.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Math or physics background.
• Interest and understanding of Radio Frequency (RF) signals and radar technologies.

Education Requirements:

• Must be an actively enrolled student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities (Not all-inclusive):

Engineering Interns will work in a multi-disciplinary team environment to assist in developing custom software applications in support of our DoD customers.

• Gather user requirements.
• Design of software applications.
• Implementation and testing of software applications.
  

Compensation: $25 per hour.
