Software Engineering, Lead - (C#/.NET)

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to support the growth and delivery of a rapidly scaling health-technology SaaS platform used across clinical and provider networks nationwide. This full-time, fully remote role is ideal for an engineering leader who combines hands-on .NET expertise with team leadership experience, overseeing the development of solutions that drive patient engagement and improve healthcare outcomes.
