A Construction Non-profit that is leading global source of model codes, standards, and building safety solutions. Is looking to bring on a Software Engineering Manager for their digital platforms which play a critical role in delivering services to millions of users globally.

\nJoin this vital team where you’ll lead the engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and their Ecommerce platform and related applications. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Support, and Customer Service to define requirements, deliver high quality solutions, and help shape their long term technology strategy.
\n
\n
\nRequired Skills & Experience\n
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting highly available, enterprise level web and mobile applications
  • 3+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams
  • Strong handson technical background with modern programming languages such as PHP, C#, Go, or TypeScript and frameworks including VueJS, Node.js, Symfony, or Laravel
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and modern system architectures
  • Experience with API development (REST/SOAP) and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and applying DevOps principles
  • \n
\nDesired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Magento 2 or other modern online commerce platforms
  • Experience building single page, PWA, or decoupled applications
  • Agile Leadership, Scrum Master, Product Owner, PMP, or similar certifications
  • Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps tooling
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or New Relic
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineering talent

  • Lead and support software engineering teams delivering customer focused Ecommerce applications
  • Guide technical decisions and promote best practices in architecture, development, and system integration
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and ensure ontime delivery aligned with business objectives
  • Mentor and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development
  • Promote Agile and DevOps practices to improve efficiency and adaptability
  • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership
