This role is focused on technical leadership, solution design, developer mentoring, and the overall health of the organization’s applications. Establish and reinforce development standards related to coding, testing, documentation, security, and application performance. Support developers in resolving difficult technical challenges and remain hands‑on when critical issues arise. Provide technical input during estimation, backlog refinement, feasibility discussions, and roadmap planning. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, architecture, and PMO leadership throughout the development lifecycle. Identify opportunities to introduce AI‑assisted development tools and other technologies that improve productivity and application quality. Evaluate when applications should be refactored, modernized, or rebuilt alongside existing legacy solutions. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence. Preferred Qualifications Eight or more years of software development experience, including three to five years of team leadership or people management experience. Strong hands‑on background in modern application development and solution architecture. Experience with C#, .NET, Angular, or comparable enterprise application technologies. Experience working with Agile development teams and partnering with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and architects. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or equivalent professional experience. Willingness to work onsite three days per week and travel occasionally to other offices or vendor locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
