Engineering Manager (SaaS Platform)We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong technical background to lead multiple engineering teams and drive delivery and operational excellence within an international SaaS environment.About the roleAs Engineering Manager, you will lead 3 engineering teams and take ownership of delivery, planning, and operational performance. You focus on ensuring the right people are in place and that projects are delivered on time and within scope.You work closely with Lead Engineers, who are responsible for technical direction, while you focus on team performance, delivery timelines, and removing obstacles. You also collaborate with Product Management to align engineering efforts with business priorities and roadmap planning.Besides delivery, you oversee operational aspects such as cloud infrastructure, production systems, and cost management, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
