In this role, you will lead a team of senior test engineers dedicated to broadband services technology. Our team ensures feature integrity, scalability, performance, and solution qualification on the MX Series platform, delivering exceptional quality across: Integrated BNG, Cloud-orchestrated control with user-plane separated BNG, AGF/UPF solutions.This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and uphold quality standards in next-generation networking solutions.Responsibilities:Drive the execution and delivery of product/software solution by managing and leading a team of skilled professional engineers.Guide the team in building test plans based on specifications and customer use-case across segments.Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, architects, and executives.Make critical decisions that contribute to the success of the product and solution.Consolidation and projection of project deliverables on preset regular intervals.Influence and maintain high morale by motivating engineers to deliver to their maximum potential.Build and expand the team.Drive Innovation and transformation within the team.Required Skills:Proven leadership in recruiting, developing, rewarding, and retaining talented professionals.Ability to participate in technical discussions, synthesize complex ideas, and translate them into clear business objectives.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners and build consensus across functions.Technical proficiency to define detailed product requirements and assess their impact on customer networks.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Sales-oriented mindset: a strong advocate for sales enablement while building productive relationships across business units.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of delivering results in ambiguous situations.Experience driving transformation and continuous improvement at the team or organizational level.Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with minimal supervision.Proven ability to lead and coach a team to maximize individual and collective performance.Prior managerial experience leading technical teams.Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance requirements.Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in relevant domains.Hands-on experience with core routing, switching, and edge protocols.In-depth knowledge of HPE and Juniper products and platforms.Basic Qualifications:B.S or M.S in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 13+ years of experience in networking industry including experience in leading and managing technical professional team of engineers.Strong knowledge of HPE-Juniper Networks products and solutions.The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience with other vendor routers like Cisco, Nokia router/switch.Working knowledge of UNIX; proficiency in a scripting language, such as Python, Perl, Expect, would be a plus.Experience in various test methodologies white box, black box, scale and performance, solution testing is desirable.Certification like JNCIS or equivalent would be highly desirable.Tools & Technologies Skills:IP / MPLS routing.Understanding of TCP/IP and related protocols such as Ethernet, OSPF, ISIS, L2VPN, L3VPN, GRE, IPSec, NAT, HTTP, NetConf, REST API, BGP, MPLS, EVPN-MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, SRv6, Multicast.Automation programming skills (Python, Perl) network virtualization, containerization, and Software Defined Networking (SDN) knowledge, K8s, RHOCP, Docker is required.Layer 2 technologies, Spanning Tree, LAG, MC-LAG, Virtual Chassis.Broadband Access protocols, Radius, Diameter, DHCP, PPP, PPPoE, L2TP, Accounting, QoS, Filters, Policers, PCF, PCRF, AGF, UPF.CLOS Architecture, HA Design Concepts, EVPN, VPLS.What We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingPersonal & Professional DevelopmentUnconditional InclusionThe expected salary/wage range for this position is provided below.
