Software QA & Support Specialist – Brighton, MI We’re looking for a Software QA & Support Specialist to join our growing technology team. In this hybrid role, you’ll split your time between software testing and customer‑facing technical support. You’ll help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards while supporting customers in the field and collaborating with our development teams in the U.S. and India. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot customer issues and document resolutions. Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve software/hardware problems. Test new software releases (functional, regression, smoke, UI, API, mobile). Log defects and track them through resolution using Jira or Azure DevOps. Maintain and update automated test scripts (Selenium, JMeter). Validate fixes and ensure release readiness. Collaborate with development and Level 3 support teams. Travel to customer sites occasionally (5–10%). What You Bring Experience in software QA, testing, or technical support. Familiarity with Agile development and regression testing. Hands‑on experience with automated testing tools. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work with cross‑functional and offshore teams. Bonus Skills C# or SQL knowledge. Azure cloud experience. Experience with barcode, RFID, or IoT devices.
