Job Title: Software QA Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using [testing tools, e.g., Jira, Bugzilla].
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on potential issues.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and recommend improvements.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Software QA Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with testing tools such as [list relevant tools, e.g., Selenium, TestRail, JMeter].
- Familiarity with programming languages like [list relevant languages, e.g., Python, Java] is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance
