Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts. As a Software Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, managing the testing process, and ensuring the delivery of reliable and high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Establish quality standards and metrics, and monitor adherence to these standards across the organization.

Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure effective team performance.

Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize software defects and project delays.

Define and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure that quality considerations are incorporated throughout the software development lifecycle.

Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing process.

Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Drive continuous process improvement, implement best practices, and promote the adoption of industry standards within the quality assurance function.

Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance and leverage this knowledge to enhance organizational practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on managing and leading quality assurance teams.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent understanding of software development processes and industry standards.

Proficiency in developing and executing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
