The startup is offering SaaS in more than 20 countries & looking for energetic team members to build a global product in EV & Energy domain.Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing for both web and mobile applications, along with strong skills in writing and executing test cases. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet user expectations.Key Responsibilities: Automation Testing:  - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications.  - Identify appropriate tools and frameworks for test automation.  - Ensure automation coverage for functional, regression, and performance testing. Test Case Development:  - Write detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases for applications.  - Collaborate with the development team to understand application requirements and workflows. Manual Testing:  - Perform exploratory, usability, and compatibility testing as needed.  - Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution. Collaboration:  - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure quality deliverables.  - Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Continuous Improvement:  - Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in automation testing.  - Suggest and implement improvements to the QA process.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 2-3 years of proven experience in web and mobile automation testing.- Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.- Experience in writing automation scripts for both web and mobile applications.- Strong knowledge of test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.- Excellent skills in creating and maintaining test cases and test plans.- Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests into the deployment process.- Must be aware of multi VPC deployment and challenges.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured.- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.- ISTQB or similar certification in software testing.What We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and skill development.- Modern office facilities and tools.We look forward to welcoming a passionate and skilled QA Engineer to our team!
