These are high-impact, strategic positions where you will work directly with senior decision-makers, deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions, and build relationships that genuinely make a difference to the communities your clients serve.You will prospect, pitch and close business, build and manage a strategic pipelines, and develop compelling proposals and business cases that position the company as a true long-term partner - not just a supplier.Who We're Looking ForProven B2B new business software sales professionals. Consultative and commercially sharp, who love the hunt, owning their pipeline, and consistently delivering against targets.We are after confident communicators - persuasive, curious, and credible at senior stakeholder level. Experience in PropTech, Social Housing or the wider public sector is a real bonus, but hunger, intelligence and a track record of closing complex deals matter more.What's On OfferNew Logo Sales role up to £60,000, OTE 120,000Account Manager role up to £55,000, OTE £110,000Bonus is uncappedHybrid working – ideally 3 days in the office, potentially 2Entry onto the employee share scheme, with IPO planned within 3–5 yearsComprehensive benefits package including 24/7 GP, wellness support and retail discountsClear progression into senior commercial or leadership roles for high performersA genuinely purpose-led business where your work has real social impact
