Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues in our Odoo-based ERP system, collaborating closely with the lead developer.
- Customize modules using Python, HTML, JavaScript, and XML templating (QWeb preferred).
- Handle system integrations, bug fixes, performance optimizations, and testing for logistics and waste management processes.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and idea-sharing to scale the system efficiently.
- Provide occasional after-hours support for critical issues, embodying our 24/7 responsive culture.
- Contribute to tech-driven improvements, like AI routing integrations, to support nationwide operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in software development, ideally with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or equivalents).
- Proficiency in Python, web technologies (HTML, JavaScript), and XML templating.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to thrive in an in-office setting with a young, energetic team—open to generational diversity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience with Odoo, especially QWeb for templating and reporting.
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or waste management software.
- Familiarity with EOS or agile methodologies, with a focus on "right seat" fit and department ownership.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $90,000, based on experience.
