Job Title: Systems Software Programmer (Consultant)

Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote after onboarding)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a Systems Software Programmer to join a growing team focused on modernizing enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll help build and improve web applications, backend services, and deployment processes that support critical business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG)
• Develop backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Document systems, processes, and APIs clearly
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and ongoing improvements
• Ensure applications meet security and compliance standards
• Assist with reporting and data integrations when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• 3+ years of experience building APIs with ASP.NET Core
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD processes
• Strong background in manual and automated testing
• Experience writing clear technical documentation
• Understanding of data security and privacy best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with security/compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, CJIS)
• Background supporting system implementations or upgrades
• Experience with Power BI or data/reporting tools
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience with SharePoint or similar tools
