The Software Testing will be responsible for overseeing test data management activities, including data masking, synthetic data creation, and automation. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute Test Data Management activities, including data masking, automation, and synthetic test data generation. Lead and mentor testing teams to ensure effective execution of testing activities. Ensure adherence to established testing processes, methodologies, and best practices. Collaborate with Agile and Scrum teams to support testing requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather testing needs and provide regular status updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage and quality. Required Qualifications 8–10 years of experience in software testing and Test Data Management. Hands‑on experience with test data masking, automation, and synthetic data generation tools or frameworks. Strong understanding of testing processes, methodologies, and QA best practices. Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. Proven ability to lead and mentor testing teams. Strong communication and coordination skills for stakeholder engagement and status reporting.
