Soldering Technician Apply
You in this Role
You’re precise, patient, and detail oriented. As a Soldering Technician, you’ll use your steady hands and focus to perform precision electrical work on motor components. Your craftsmanship directly impacts product reliability, making you an essential part of our production team.
What You’ll Do
- Solder wires, terminals, and assemblies to defined standards.
- Inspect solder joints, identifying acceptable vs. defective quality.
- Rework assemblies when needed to maintain reliability standards.
- Follow detailed work instructions and accurately maintain production records.
- Communicate defects or issues promptly to engineers or technicians.
- Perform startup and shutdown procedures at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
- Take ownership and pride in producing high-quality assemblies.
Requirements
What You Bring
- Proven soldering or electrical assembly experience.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and patience.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and remain focused for long periods.
- Clear communication skills to report defects or production issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
