Job Title : Solumina Application Support Specialist (L1)

Job Type : W2 / C2C

Experience : 8-10 years

Location : McAllen, Texas

Responsibilities :

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP/MES support.
  • Experience with Solumina or iBase T products is a strong advantage.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Basic knowledge of Solumina modules and functionalities (training will be provided if needed).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management tools.
  • Respond to user inquiries through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic Solumina application errors.
  • Provide guidance to users on Solumina functionalities and best practices.
  • Log, document, and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Resolve Level 1 issues and escalate more complex problems to Level 2 support.
  • Assist with user access management (setting up or modifying roles).
  • Maintain and update support documentation and the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
  • Support end-user training sessions and prepare training materials when needed.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
