You work closely with product owners, developers, domain leads, and other architects in an international, cross-functional environment.The FRED Digital Eco-System is a strategic, group-wide transformation initiative shaping how the company builds, deploys, and operates its digital capabilities.By standardizing platforms, processes, and governance across brands, the Eco-System ensures reliable, secure, and scalable digital services.It is a cornerstone of FRED’s long-term strategy, enabling operational excellence, business continuity, and the sustainable scaling of digital products.Key Responsibilities :Validate / Design and evolve end-to-end solution and software architectures aligned with business objectivesTranslate business and non-functional requirements into robust, scalable technical solutionsDefine and maintain software architecture standards, design patterns, and technical guidelinesValidate and support development teams works on architecture and design decisionsReview technical designs and code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainabilityManage and document system dependencies and application landscape across entitiesEnsure compliance with security, architectural, and governance standardsBenchmark market solutions and support make-or-buy decisionsYour Profile : Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, Senior Developer, or Technical LeadStrong understanding of enterprise systems, system integration, and software architectureSolid hands-on background in software development and code reviewDeep knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and modern architectureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in an international, cross-functional environmentFluent in English, French and German are a plus.
