The customer operates a large PowerScale cluster environment and requires a skilled PowerScale expert at each location. Due to the environment's size, multiple support tickets are managed daily.
Each resident will be expected to:
Open and manage all Dell support tickets, including handling all requests from support (e.g., gathering logs, executing commands, etc.) until issues are resolved.
Work with support to manage all escalations.
Coordinate and collaborate with the Dell Field Services team when dispatched to the customer's location.
Assist the customer with any additional tasks or activities as requested.
Each resource must have proven experience in:
Fast-paced environments.
Working with Dell Customer Support.
Managing escalations within Dell Support.
Being detail-oriented.
Driving issues to successful resolution.
Business Hours: Monday Friday, 12 PM 8 PM EST/CST
Must-Have Skills: PowerScale
Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in HPC and high-performance storage environments
