Responsibilities Develop and provide leading edge services, solutions and offerings which meet customers’ needs based on current and emerging technologies or business trends with company’s products (along with those from third parties where necessary) by understanding customers’ needs in office environment and providing consultative technical expertise on business solutions Demonstrate software solutions and articulate the benefits of solutions, e.g. technical benefits for technical audiences, business benefits for commercially oriented audiences Interface and work with both internal and external parties to deliver solutions i.e. change how companies work and not just selling a product Support business activities and project implementation by providing direct technical assistance including technical support and training when required Lead technical presentations, solution workshops, and proof-of-concepts. Design Solutions Architecture with simple design and complex clustering & high availability architecture with application failover or leveraging customer infrastructure.
