Job Description:
  • A Solutions Analyst serves as a crucial link between the organization's business objectives and IT capabilities.
  • The Solutions Analyst systematically studies the organization's processes and procedures, identifying gaps or inefficiencies utilizing infrastructure domain knowledge.
  • This analysis then forms the basis for designing and implementing IT Infrastructure solutions to automate specific processes and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  • The Solutions Analyst role is critical in driving Infrastructures technological advancement and ensuring a seamless integration of IT with business processes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Experienced professional with deep knowledge and actionable experience (domain level).
  • Works largely independently against defined objectives.
  • Able to hold your own in a team conversation.
  • Understands technical discussions and is able to actively contribute.
  • Makes the solution better.
  • Operates at the 'subsystem level'. Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive studies of the organization's current processes and
  • procedures, identifying areas that could benefit from automation or improvement.
Solution Design:
  • Based on the analysis, develop and design IT solutions that can automate processes, enhance efficiency, and improve service delivery across the organization.
  • This function also includes staying updated on emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains that could be leveraged to improve operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and other personnel, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
  • This also includes regularly reporting progress and solution performance metrics to stakeholders and senior Technology leaders.
Compliance Research:
  • Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational
  • mandates, ensuring solutions are robust and sustainable.
Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation.
  • This includes managing resources, timelines, and risk mitigation while ensuring the successful
  • delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Four (4) - seven (7) years of experience.
  • Proficient in business process analysis, IT solution design and Infrastructure domains
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to completing assignments promptly.
  • Ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options.
  • The Solutions Analyst plays a central role in the digital transformation agenda.
  • They ensure that IT solutions not only automate and streamline processes but also align closely with the organization's business objectives.
