We are specifically looking for a Solutions Specialist who will maximize the value of Katapult Pro for our clients by identifying technical solutions to client problems, optimizing workflows and configurations tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and driving client growth through expert consulting. Your technical skills, project management abilities, deep product expertise, and dedication to client success will play a key role in improving the functionality and impact of Katapult Pro for each client. The job will be full-time and in person at Katapult's office in Dillsburg, PA. Expected Job Roles Find Katapult Pro solutions to client and industry problems Lead project setup consulting, configurations, and training for new and existing clients Utilize custom coding when appropriate to improve client workflows Help non-standard client projects get started with Katapult Pro Develop and present proposals for custom Katapult Pro services to drive client growth Maintain deep domain expertise across all Katapult Pro products and capabilities Support sales and client success teams with technical demo backup and complex questions Embody Katapult's core values (create maximum value, people matter, a growth mindset, & fair exchange) Solid foundational understanding of the Katapult Pro platform and its capabilities Experience in utility engineering, telecommunications, or infrastructure industries Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Experience conducting technical presentations, demos, and training sessions Desire to understand client needs and over deliver on expectations Problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Capacity to think quickly on your feet and provide immediate value during live client calls Ability to practice "First Principles" thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, customer success, or related client-facing technical role is a plus Experience with SaaS platforms and client onboarding processes is a plus Compensation and Benefits Quarterly bonus system Profit sharing Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave, family care leave, parental leave, & jury duty) Additional weekly PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short and long-term disability insurance Office snacks and drinks, salad bar, and ramen bar #J-18808-Ljbffr
