Pay Range: $81/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead contract strategy for Client strategic suppliers, including consolidation across multiple agreements & entities, building strong global agreement structure to leverage Client spend and aligning the contracting strategy with the category strategy across those strategic suppliers.
  • Proactively managing active agreements, including renewal/expiration activity and to monitor older agreements for periodic replacement or amendment as Client standard terms change.
  • Address Client&PS required contracting activities in support of corporate initiatives, such as M&A, CCPA, across Client global operations.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Legal teams to provide Client&PS feedback and revisions to draft template agreements; ensure templates are prioritized and optimized for Client&PS requirements.
  • Participate in development and delivery of training & best practice info sharing within Client&PS, focused on contract negotiation and Client contract positions.
  • Responsible for the activities involved in the analysis of contracts (including research analysis, and reports).
  • Responsible for records management; ensuring compliance with Client global operations; responsible for reporting any discrepancies and issues; and be engaged in special projects, adhoc assignments, assisting in the production of special reports and responses to Senior management inquiries and requests.
  • Attends face-to-face meetings or calls with Client project managers as needed to ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree focused in related area (Business, Supply Chain).
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with some guidance.
  • Self-motivated and collaborative leader with 2 years of relevant experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed company.
  • Knowledge of Sourcing & Contracting processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex problem solving, ideally at Fortune 100 and across multi-entity global corporate structure.
  • Strong ability to influence others with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior management.
  • Extremely customer-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.
  • Maintains a high level of flexibility.
  • Proactively creates and resets priorities as the need arises to adhere to standard turnaround times.
  • Identifies and raises issues before they become critical and adjusts quickly to the changes of a dynamic organization.
  • Experience reviewing contract provisions.
  • Advanced degree in related area, such as Contracts, Business or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with complex commercial transactions involving SaaS, cloud services, BPO or Managed Services.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
