SEVEN @ Caesar's Republic Scottsdale is currently looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team!
We're searching for a candidate who can:
- Develop schedules for bartenders and barbacks, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
- Provide training for bar staff on procedures, recipes, and service standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies, placing orders as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all bar areas and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurants/hospitality; management experience is preferred
- Knowledge of bar best practices and inventory control procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
