A full-time Case Manager position is available at a school in Kingston, NH, serving the Seacoast Charter Academy for grades K-9. This contract role involves managing a caseload of approximately 12-14 students, focusing on small group work in reading, writing, and math.

Location: Kingston, NH
Position: Case Manager - Special Education
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Caseload: Approximately 12-14 students, K-9 grades
Work Setting: Onsite only

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a caseload of students with special education needs.
  • Conduct small group instructional sessions focusing on reading, writing, and math.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to meet educational goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between students, families, and school administration.
