Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The position is onsite and offers a consistent, family-friendly schedule—around 4 hours each day, 4 days a week, with one position available.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Louisiana Special Education Early Intervention (Birth-5) Certificate required
- Experience working with early intervention or pre-K children highly desirable
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) for young learners
- Excellent communication with students, families, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse developmental needs
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction to children ages 3-4 as part of the Early Interventionist team
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and service providers to develop and implement IEPs
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with families about student growth
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events as requested
- Model best practices in special education and advocate for each child’s unique needs
- Maintain a supportive and structured classroom environment
