The role centers on developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) that address the unique learning needs of each student, with a particular emphasis on supporting learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering differentiated instruction using evidence-based strategies, creating structured classroom environments that accommodate communication and sensory needs, and utilizing data to guide instructional decisions.
