Easterseals Gammon Academy is a certified special education school for youth ages 9-21 that have educational disabilities. Student populations range from students with autism and other neurobehavioral challenges to students with mild cognitive impairments and students with social/emotional disabilities. Our school focuses on academic fundamentals as well as the use of Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to help students develop behavioral and social skills. This skill-building occurs in a structured setting, supporting and reinforcing the students developing self-confidence and self-esteem.
We currently have an opening for a Special Education Case Manager to coordinate and implement all aspects of the treatment plan for all assigned students.
The individual in this key position will coordinate with teachers and related services to create IEPs, ensure plans are followed, assist in the assessment of each youth and monitor progress, facilitate team meetings and conferences and attend meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Compensation: $67,500 annually.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Special Education a Masters Degree in Special Education is preferred
- Certification in Special Education
- 3-5 years experience
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Compensation: $67,500 annually.
