Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Special Education teaching position is based in Londonderry, NH, with a dedicated role as Case Manager supporting Seacoast Charter Academy students in grades K-9th. The position requires working onsite and focuses on small group instruction in reading, writing, and math for 12-14 students.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseload of approximately 12-14 special education students, supporting academic and behavioral needs.
  • Deliver small group instruction tailored to reading, writing, and math skills development.
  • Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports for each student.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification.
  • Experience working with children K-9th grade in special education settings.
  • Strong skills in case management, small group instruction, and curriculum adaptation.
  • Ability to work onsite full-time, 35 hours per week.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
