An opportunity is available for a Special Education Teacher specializing in Extensive Support Needs (ESN) to support students within a school setting in Gridley, CA. This contract position runs through June 5th, 2026, with an immediate start date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with significant cognitive, communicative, or physical disabilities, ranging from transitional kindergarten through age 22.
• Manage caseloads primarily categorized as Moderate/Severe, providing individualized educational support.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff to enhance student learning and development.
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with educational regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Education Specialist Instruction Credential focused on Extensive Support Needs (ESN).
• Experience working with students who have moderate to severe disabilities.
