About The Role As a Specialist, Application Integration, you will help deliver application installation, configuration, and deployment services for multiple applications at Westinghouse. The primary responsibilities for this position will be a technical administrator of applications in the Westinghouse portfolio. You will report to the Supervisor, Application Integration and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role. Three days a week in office and two remote. Key Responsibilities Manage the team's ticket queue to resolve incidents and perform operational tasks. Be the initial contact for related issues and concerns from clients and employees. Support the installation/upgrades of applications, including patches and major releases of custom developed and COTS software. Create knowledge articles for supported applications. Create documentation for all procedures. Collaborate with Information Technology teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations. The primary responsibilities of this position occur during business hours; there is some evening and weekend work related to projects, planned maintenance, and on-call support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent. 0-3 years of support in an application environment. Evaluate complex data and multiple perspectives to make informed, well-reasoned decisions. We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $58,400 to $73,000 per year. Why Westinghouse?
